At Bloom Buy we take care of your data. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account details: first and last name, email, phone number and ID number (cédula).
- Your delivery addresses and landmarks.
- Your order and payment details: products, amounts, Pago Móvil references, the bank and phone number you paid from, and the payment screenshots you upload.
- Any notes you leave on your orders.
- The products you mark as favorites, so you can find them later, and we email you if they are back in stock or cheaper (you can turn this off); only you and the store can see them.
What we use it for
- Only to process your orders: to verify your payments, prepare and deliver your purchases, and help you if you have questions.
- To work out your pay-on-delivery credit from your paid purchases.
- To keep you updated on the status of your orders.
- If you have an account and save favorites, to email you when they are back in stock or cheaper (at most one email a day; you can turn this off in My profile or from the link in each alert).
Who we share it with
- We never sell or rent your data.
- We only share what is needed to deliver your order: for example, your name, phone number, ID number and address with the delivery rider or the courier company.
- We also use Gmail (by Google) to send your order and account emails (such as the link to reset your password or your favorites alerts) and our internal order and payment notices. These emails include your name, email, phone number, delivery city and state, the items in your order, the amounts and payment references, with the bank and phone number you paid from.
How we protect it
- Your password is stored with irreversible encryption: nobody at Bloom Buy can see it.
- Payment screenshots are private: only you and the store team can see them.
- We keep your data while you have an account or while we need it to handle your orders.
Cookies
We only use the cookies the store needs to work: your session, your cart and the language you chose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
- You can view and update your details at any time from your account.
- If you want us to delete your account and your data, contact us on WhatsApp (+58 422 1235420) or by email (bloombuy414@gmail.com). We may keep order records that the law requires us to keep.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
